DRH: catalyseurs ou premières victimes de la transformation digitale ?
The big question these days is how the evolvement of digital is going to affect the managing of people and HR. This is intricate, from such as the simplest individual text to interactive programs allowing one whole unit, setting or organization, if not several units across the globe to be on the know at the same time. Breaking barriers of time and space, freeing people, speeding up decisions and solutions and alternatively, bringing new challenges. Such could not have been imagined possible a few years ago.
Today, the question is not if we are going to go digital. Rather, the question would be: How are you carrying-out the shift to digital and how employees embrace it.
Candidly, it is safe to say that employees are having less of a hard time than us. I was waiting to be sitted at a restaurant the other day, and all awaiting customers were on their phones, while holding their pagers. Strange sight if you ever thought of it a minute. Judging by that, if the success of digitalization of HR is measured by the rate of adoption as Josh Bersin by Deloitte says, HR should not have an issue.
